In our virtual sessions, we collaboratively work towards understanding the root causes of your concerns, whether they are related to anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, life transitions, or personal growth. The convenience of telehealth allows for flexible scheduling and the comfort of engaging in therapy from a space where you feel most secure.

Whether you are seeking therapy to overcome mental health challenges, improve personal growth, or simply to discuss personal issues in a safe and open space, I can help on your journey to self-discovery and  well-being.


Our first session will be a 60 minute assessment during which we will get to know each other and determine goals we will work on together.


During the following two sessions, we will continue to set goals and create a treatment plan. Some come to therapy knowing exactly what they need to work on while others know there is something needed but unsure exactly what that could be.


Either way, our time together will allow for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and emotions in a comfortable, judgmental-free safe space. The majority of sessions are offered via telehealth.
