  • About Debbie

I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who are struggling with transitions, life balance, and feeling overwhelmed. I am compassionate about helping you achieve the goals you set out for yourself so that you can live a fulfilling life.

I have a straight forward and direct approach and I work well with clients who are ready to put in the time and energy to work on hard emotions and tackle obstacles. I help guide clients towards their goals while teaching practical, hands-on tools to use along the way.

Our sessions together provide the space and time for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and emotions.  Together, we will set goals and work during each session to meet those goals.

My personal philosophy and approach

Holistic Approach to Mental Wellness

I believe in addressing the mental, emotional, and social needs of individuals, emphasizing the importance of balance in mental wellness to achieve success and fulfillment in life.

Safe and Judgment-Free Space

I provide a comfortable environment where individuals can freely explore their emotions, thoughts, and feelings, ensuring they feel heard, seen, and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

Empowerment Through Knowledge

Drawing inspiration from the quote, “If knowledge is power, knowing what we don’t know is wisdom” by Adam Grant, I emphasizes the importance of self-awareness and continuous learning in the path to mental wellness.

Practical and Hands-On Tools

I adopt a straightforward and direct approach in my sessions, guiding clients towards their goals by teaching them practical tools and strategies to navigate their emotions and tackle challenges effectively.
