Experienced summer camp care team training
I have had the privilege to lead a camp care team for a summer camp with over 1000 campers and 250 staff members.
I know first hand that as the mental, emotional and social needs of campers and staff continue to increase, more systems, programs and training need to be put in place to ensure success during the camp season.
As a mental health consultant, I work with camps both during the off season, and the summer, to provide training for all full time/year round professional staff, as well as summer staff.
Telehealth and On-Call Support for Staff: Your Summer Solution
As an LICSW I can provide telehealth services for staff needing therapeutic support throughout the summer.
I also provide on-call services for professional staff throughout the summer to help problem-solve camper mental health emergencies that arise in real time.
